The peer reviewer is responsible for providing a constructive and critical evaluation of the manuscript.  Peer Reviewer is expected to address the strengths and weaknesses of the article to improve the quality and evaluate the relevance of the study reported.  The review should be completed within three weeks. If it cannot be finished within the determined time frame and an extension is needed, please let the editor know.
